Welcome to RadTechRegistry.com and the 21-Day Registry Review Challenge! We are excited to have you join our community of radiologic technology students preparing for the ARRT® Radiography Exam. To ensure a positive, supportive, and professional environment for all participants, we have established these rules and guidelines. Your adherence to these rules is essential for maintaining a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.

By using our services, enrolling in the course, or participating in the 21-Day Registry Review Challenge, you agree to follow the rules and conduct outlined below. Failure to comply may result in removal from the course without a refund.


1. Respectful Behavior

At RadTechRegistry.com, we are committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for all our students and instructors. We expect you to:

  • Treat all participants, including instructors, fellow students, and support staff, with respect and professionalism at all times.

  • Communicate thoughtfully in discussions, emails, and live Q&A panels.

  • Acknowledge differing opinions with an open mind and refrain from making offensive or inflammatory comments.

  • Use appropriate language: Do not use vulgar, discriminatory, or offensive language.

Respecting others is a key part of creating a successful learning environment for everyone. Please be mindful that your words and actions have an impact on others.


2. Zero Tolerance for Disruptive Behavior

RadTechRegistry.com has a zero-tolerance policy for behavior that disrupts the learning experience. Disruptive behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment or bullying of any kind, whether based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other personal attribute.

  • Personal attacks, offensive comments, or inappropriate jokes directed at others.

  • Failure to follow course instructions or disrespecting instructors’ authority and guidelines.

  • Repeated disruptions during live sessions or failure to follow instructions from instructors or course moderators.

Any form of disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. If you engage in such behavior, you may be removed from the course without a refund.


3. Participation Guidelines

As a participant in the 21-Day Registry Review Challenge, your commitment to active participation is important. We ask you to:

  • Engage with the course content: Complete daily lessons, quizzes, and assignments to ensure you are fully prepared for the ARRT® Radiography Exam.

  • Respect the instructors and fellow students during live Q&A sessions, ensuring that the conversation remains productive and focused on the course material.

  • Ask questions politely and avoid dominating discussions in a way that prevents others from asking questions or contributing.

Active participation is key to your success in the course. Your respectful involvement will create a positive environment where everyone can thrive.


4. Consequences for Violations

If any student fails to adhere to the rules or engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to take action, which may include:

  • Warning: A formal warning will be issued, notifying the student of the inappropriate behavior.

  • Removal from the Course: If the disruptive behavior persists, the student may be removed from the course without a refund.

  • Permanent Ban: In extreme cases, the student may be permanently banned from all future courses and services offered by RadTechRegistry.com.

We believe in providing a supportive learning environment, and we are committed to ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed without disruption. Any actions that compromise this environment will be taken seriously.


5. Refunds and Cancellations

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes the 21-Day Registry Review Challenge. Students removed from the course due to violations of the rules will not be eligible for a refund.


6. Reporting Violations

If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, we encourage you to report it immediately. To report a violation of our Code of Conduct:

  • Email us at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue.

  • Confidentiality: We will handle all reports confidentially and investigate the matter promptly.

We take all reports seriously and will take the necessary steps to maintain a respectful and productive learning environment.


7. Modifications to the Rules

RadTechRegistry.com reserves the right to update or modify these rules at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
